Because of the great job we did we have now picked up four other homes in Hidden Hills and one of them possibly being Kylie Jenner‘s house who stopped and asked me for a business card and watched how we worked because she lives across the street from this house. never stop believing never stop pushing never stop grinding. This house rooftop was saturated in mold and algae. normally, I don’t have to get on the roofs, but this one took some extra care and I was harnessed. due to the new requirements of homeowners insurance, you will need to clean your roofs of mold, algae, and other bacteria sitting on them. they are sending drones with heat sensors to pick up everything and are requiring you to get your rooftops cleaned before they re-issue your homeowners policy and if not, you will be paying double or triple your normal rates. don’t just trust anybody with your roof make sure they are the right qualified people and if you don’t know who that is, O’Jays is one of them and if you want more information, feel free to ask us questions or send an email
